● Strictly Observe the 3T Capacity Limit
Never exceed the rated 3-ton Working Load Limit. Account for the reduced capacity when using the sling in choker or basket hitches, and always calculate the load based on the actual lifting angle to prevent hazardous overload situations.
● Mandatory Pre-Use Inspection
Perform a complete visual and physical inspection of the entire sling before every use. Check for any signs of damage including cuts, chemical burns, heat exposure, excessive wear, or broken threads. Immediately discard any sling found to be damaged.
● Prevent Environmental & Mechanical Damage
Always use edge protectors when lifting loads with sharp corners. Protect the sling from exposure to corrosive chemicals, acids, temperatures above 80°C (176°F), welding sparks, and open flames to maintain its structural integrity.
