Do you provide samples? What is your policy regarding sample charges?
The sample itself incurs a charge, but this fee may be offset against your first formal order. For certain single-item samples, we may waive the sample charge.

Can you provide customized services?
Yes. We support customization of size, color, packaging method and customer logo. As long as you provide your requirements, our engineering team can design and produce products that meet your requirements.

How do you pack products?
Our standard method is to secure products with packing straps inside carton boxes, which are then loaded onto pallets. We also support custom packaging like non-woven bags, color boxes, and blister clamshells.

Can l only buy some spare parts from you?
Yes, absolutely. You can certainly place an order for spare parts. We welcome both large orders and small trial orders to start our cooperation.
However, we'd like to kindly point out that for very small quantities, the international shipping cost might be relatively high compared to the value of the parts themselves. To make it more cost-effective for you, may we suggest two options?
1.We can help you calculate the total cost (parts + shipping) so you can make an informed decision.
2.Perhaps you could consider a slightly larger quantity to achieve a better unit price and spread out the shipping cost. We can recommend some commonly purchased part sets.

Yes, absolutely. We can arrange shipment to your designated warehouse directly. This is a standard service we provide for our international customers.

How long does it take to get to your factory from the airport?
The nearest airport is Ningbo Lishe International Airport. The drive from the airport to our factory takes about 1 hour. We can arrange a car to pick you up from the airport.
