Endless Webbing Slings are closed-loop structures woven from high-strength synthetic fibers (such as polyester, nylon, or polypropylene). Unlike lifting slings with buckles at both ends, the continuous loop design allows the sling to constantly change its load-bearing points during lifting, effectively extending its service life. Its lightweight material and soft surface ensure that it will not cause scratches or damage when lifting delicate or fragile workpieces.
● Overloading is strictly prohibited
The rated load (WLL) marked on the lifting sling label must be strictly followed, and the actual load capacity must be calculated according to different lifting methods (such as choker hitch or U-shaped hitch).
● Avoid sharp edges
When lifting goods with sharp edges, corner protectors or sleeves must be used to prevent the lifting sling from being cut.
● Regular inspection and disposal
Before each use, check for wear, cuts, or chemical corrosion. If serious damage is found, the sling should be immediately discarded.
