Product Overview

The Force 2 X 10’ Yellow Endless Ratchet Strap is a versatile and reliable cargo control solution designed for bundling and securing loads without the need for end hooks. Manufactured by Force in Zhengjiang, China, this endless strap features a simple loop design where the webbing is wrapped around the cargo and fed back through the ratchet mechanism. The strap measures 10 feet in length and 2 inches in width, equipped with a zinc-plated ratchet featuring an interior wide handle for enhanced grip. With a Working Load Limit of 1,467 lbs and a webbing break strength of 6,000 lbs, this product ensures robust and secure transportation for a wide variety of applications.

Precautions

● Ensure Correct Webbing Wraps
When using the ratchet, adhere to WSTDA guidelines by maintaining a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing on the mandrel. Using excessive wraps can reduce the Working Load Limit (WLL) of the strap and interfere with the ratchet’s proper operation, potentially compromising cargo safety.

● Do Not Exceed Rated Capacity
Always ensure that the weight of the secured load does not exceed the Working Load Limit of 1,467 lbs. While the strap features a 3:1 design factor for safety redundancy, overloading can lead to strap failure or damage to the ratchet mechanism, posing a risk during transport.

● Inspect Webbing Condition Regularly
Before each use, inspect the webbing for signs of wear, fraying, or cuts. Pay special attention to the heat-sealed ends to ensure they remain intact and resistant to tearing. Since the endless strap wraps directly around cargo, ensure the load surfaces are free of sharp edges that could abrade or cut the webbing during transit.
