Product Overview

The 1 X 10’ Black Endless Ratchet Strap, supplied by Force, is a versatile and reliable solution specifically designed for light-duty applications and bundling smaller units. Manufactured in Zhengjiang, China, this strap features a sleek black 1-inch polyester webbing and a distinctive yellow thumb ratchet handle for easy operation. As an endless strap, it is designed without end hooks, allowing the user to wrap the webbing around the load and feed it back through the ratchet for a secure hold. With a Working Load Limit of 500 lbs and a webbing break strength of 4,500 lbs, it combines a compact design with robust performance for everyday cargo control needs.

Precautions

● Adhere to Working Load Limit
Always verify that the weight of the cargo does not exceed the rated Working Load Limit (WLL) of 500 lbs. Although the strap has a high break strength, overloading can compromise the integrity of the webbing and the ratchet mechanism, leading to potential load failure during transport.
● Follow WSTDA Winding Guidelines
To ensure safe operation, strictly follow the WSTDA guidelines (section 4.6.8). Ensure a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing are wound on the ratchet mandrel. Exceeding 4 wraps can reduce the working load limit and interfere with the ratchet’s functionality, while too few wraps may slip.
● Inspect Webbing and Warning Label
Before each use, inspect the webbing for cuts, abrasions, or fraying. Ensure the red warning label is intact and legible, serving as a constant reminder to check the capacity before securing the load. Never use a strap that appears damaged or has illegible safety information.
