The Force 2 X 20’ Yellow Heavy-Duty Endless Ratchet Strap is a premium cargo control solution designed without end hooks, allowing the strap to be wrapped directly around the load and fed back through the ratchet for a secure hold. Manufactured by Force in Zhengjiang, China, this strap features a 2-inch width and a 20-foot length, making it ideal for bundling products, securing lumber, or palletizing boxes. It is equipped with a zinc-coated ratchet with a short handle for easy operation in tight spaces. The strap boasts a Working Load Limit of 3,333 lbs and a webbing break strength of 12,000 lbs, ensuring robust performance for demanding applications.

Precautions

● Ensure Correct Winding on Mandrel
To maintain the strap’s Working Load Limit and ensure proper operation, it is crucial to follow WSTDA guidelines. Use a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing on the ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps can reduce the capacity of the tie-down and interfere with the ratchet’s functionality, compromising safety.

● Do Not Exceed Working Load Limit
Always verify that the weight of the cargo does not exceed the rated Working Load Limit of 3,333 lbs. While the webbing has a high break strength, overworking the strap beyond its limit can lead to premature wear or failure. The 3:1 design factor provides a safety margin, but adhering to the rated capacity is essential for secure transport.

● Inspect for Abrasion and Heat Sealing
Before each use, inspect the strap to ensure the end is heat-sealed and the webbing is free from cuts, abrasions, or fraying. Since the strap is endless and wraps directly around cargo, check that the load itself does not have sharp edges that could cut the webbing during transit, and consider using corner protectors to preserve the strap’s integrity.
