● Strictly Adhere to the 1-Ton Capacity
Never exceed the 1-ton Working Load Limit. Be aware that the effective lifting capacity is reduced when the sling is used in a basket or choker hitch. Always calculate the load based on the angle of lift.
● Perform a Detailed Pre-Use Inspection
Before each use, carefully inspect the entire length of the sling for any damage, including cuts, snags, chemical contamination, heat exposure, or excessive wear. Any sling found to be damaged must be immediately withdrawn from service.
● Prevent Damage from Edges and Environment
Always use appropriate edge protectors when handling loads with sharp corners. Protect the sling from contact with corrosive chemicals, acids, open flames, welding sparks, and temperatures above 80°C (176°F) to prevent material degradation.
