The 2-Ply Flat 8-Ton Lifting Chain Sling is a heavy-duty lifting tool made from high-strength synthetic fibers (typically polyester). Its double-layer (2-ply) thickened design enhances wear resistance and ensures safety under extreme loads. Due to its flat and wide contact surface, it effectively distributes pressure, protecting the surface of the lifted object from damage. It is an ideal alternative to traditional steel wire ropes in industrial lifting applications.
● Strictly Prohibited Overloading
The rated load of **8 tons (8,000 kg)** must be strictly adhered to, and the effect of the lifting angle (multiplier) must be considered when calculating the load.
● Protection Against Sharp Edges
When lifting goods with sharp edges or rough surfaces, protective corner guards or sleeves must be used to prevent the lifting sling from being cut.
● Regular Inspection and Scrapping
Before each use, check for wear, cuts, acid or alkali corrosion, or loose stitching. If severe damage to the webbing or abnormal discoloration is found, discontinue use immediately.
● High Strength and Lightweight
Made of 100% high-tenacity polyester fiber, its self-weight is far lighter than steel wire ropes or chains of the same tonnage, greatly reducing the labor intensity of operators.
● Excellent Surface Protection
The flat and wide structure ensures even stress distribution, and the soft material prevents scratching of high-precision parts, painted surfaces, or fragile items.
● Excellent Weather Resistance
It has good UV resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-conductive properties, maintaining stable performance even in humid environments or environments with large temperature fluctuations.
