This V-shaped plastic corner protector is a practical accessory specifically designed to protect the edges of cartons, goods, and transport vehicles. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, it offers excellent impact resistance and flexibility. Its unique V-shaped structure can perfectly wrap around the corners of goods, and when used with strapping tapes with a width between 2 inches and 4 inches, it effectively distributes the tightening pressure, preventing the strapping tapes from cutting the surface of the goods due to friction or extrusion during transportation.
● Ensure the corners of the goods are clean and dry before use.
● Place the corner protectors at the corners and make sure the strapping is pressed at the center of the protective cards.
● Inspect regularly for damage and replace immediately if there are cracks.
● Do not exceed the load-bearing limit of the material.
● Efficient Protection
It effectively prevents sharp edges from cutting the strapping tapes and avoids goods' corners from being strained or deformed during transportation.
● Sturdiness and Durability
Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it features excellent impact resistance and wear resistance.
● Wide Compatibility
With a V-shaped open slot design, it can be easily snapped into the corners of goods of various standard sizes.
● Lightweight and Standard
A single unit weighs only 0.3 pounds, which is lightweight and easy to carry, and will not significantly increase transportation load.
With dimensions of 4-7/8" x 4-7/8" x 4", it is suitable for the corners of most standard cartons and wooden boxes.
