This galvanized slotted steel corner protector is a heavy-duty protective device specifically designed for use with chain binding systems. Manufactured from galvanized steel, it features high compressive strength and rust resistance. The dedicated slots on the sides allow for precise positioning of the chains—this not only prevents heavy-duty chains from slipping during transportation but also effectively distributes the enormous pressure exerted by the chains on the edges of the goods. It provides safe and reliable corner protection for the chain binding of valuable equipment, steel structures, and heavy machinery.
● Before use, ensure the chain is fully embedded in the corner protector's grooves and in the correct position.
● Regularly inspect the corner protector for obvious deformation or severe damage to the coating to prevent rusting of the internal steel.
● If the corner protector is found bent due to excessive compression, stop using it immediately and replace it.
● Avoid throwing it from a height, as severe impact may cause deformation and affect its usability.
