Never exceed the 6-ton Working Load Limit. Always calculate the actual tension on the sling based on the hitch type (e.g., vertical, basket, choker) and the lift angle, as capacity decreases significantly when not used vertically.
● Perform Visual and Tactile Inspection
Before every use, inspect the entire sling length for any signs of damage, including cuts, snags, chemical exposure, heat burns, or UV degradation. Pay special attention to the splice areas and labels.
