This heavy-duty ratchet binder is a top-tier lashing and securing tool designed for extreme heavy-load working conditions. Its striking yellow powder coating provides rust and corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for harsh environments such as ships, docks, and construction sites. Manufactured from forged steel and meeting the G70 strength grade, it is equipped with a safe pelican hook design, enabling it to deliver substantial tightening force and ensuring the absolute safety of heavy equipment, large machinery, or ship components during transportation and storage.
● Exceeding the rated working load limit of the ratchet binder is strictly prohibited; the breaking strength is not the working load.
● Ensure the pelican hook is fully fastened to a secure anchor point and confirm that the safety latch is locked in place.
● During operation, personnel must not stand in the load-bearing direction of the binder to prevent injury from accidental snapping or rebounding.
● Avoid direct use on sharp edges; if necessary, use corner protectors to protect the chain and strapping.
● Load Capacity
Forged from high-strength forged steel, it complies with G70 standards.
With a breaking strength of up to 90,000 pounds, it is fully capable of meeting the most demanding heavy-duty lashing requirements.
● Rust Resistance and Durability
The surface is treated with a high-quality powder coating, which boasts exceptional adhesion, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, ensuring a longer service life.
● Safety and Efficiency
It delivers powerful tightening force and allows for easy tensioning and locking of the chain.
The handle features an ergonomic design, enabling labor-saving operation.
● Safety Design
Equipped with a safety pelican hook, its unique spring latch or self-locking design can effectively prevent accidental unhooking from anchor points under vibration or impact, significantly enhancing operational safety.
