3/8" Transport Chain Grade 70, commonly known as "yellow galvanized chain" or "binding chain," is specifically designed for heavy-duty transportation safety. It is manufactured from high-strength carbon steel and undergoes a precise heat treatment process to ensure its strength meets or exceeds transportation safety standards (such as NACM standards). The 3/8-inch size is the most balanced option on the market, offering both extremely high load capacity and maintaining flexibility for manual handling.

Precautions

● Strictly Prohibited for Lifting and Hoisting
Grade 70 chains are designed for tensioning and securing (lashing), and must never be used for overhead lifting.

● Regularly Inspect for Wear
Before each use, the chain links must be inspected for cracks, severe wear, deformation, or stretching due to overloading.

● Observe the Working Load Limit (WLL)
The chain's rated working load must never be exceeded.

Compared to lower-grade Grade 43 chains, Grade 70 offers higher tensile strength at the same weight, reducing the workload for drivers.

● Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The chain surface is typically coated with yellow zinc chromate, which not only serves as a visual identifier for Grade 70 but also provides excellent rust protection.

Made from heat-treated alloy carbon steel, it maintains stable performance even in extreme weather and harsh road conditions.
