The E-Track Tie-down Rail

● Structural Mounting Required: The rail's load capacity is entirely dependent on its installation. It must be fastened into the trailer's wall studs or floor joists using heavy-duty bolts or screws; never rely on thin plywood alone.

● Slot Alignment: Ensure the rail is installed perfectly level or plumb to allow for the seamless insertion of accessories. Any bowing or warping during installation can make it difficult to engage the spring fittings.

● Debris Management: For floor-mounted rails, regularly clear the slots of dirt, gravel, or wood chips. Debris buildup inside the slots can prevent E-Track accessories from clicking into a fully locked position.
