The Force brand’s 50mm Customized Australian Standard Ratchet Cargo Lashing Ropes with Sleeves represent a premium solution for ultimate cargo control. Manufactured in Zhengjiang, China, these lashing ropes are constructed from 100% high-tenacity polyester fiber, ensuring durability and resistance to friction, abrasion, UV rays, and chemicals. Fully compliant with the European load restraint standard EN12195-2: 2001, they feature a robust design with a webbing break strength of 7500kg and a minimum breaking force of 5000kg. The assembly includes a powerful ratchet tensioner with a double lock mechanism, swan hooks for superior security, and a 10-meter length with a 3-ply tail strap, making them ideal for securing heavy loads during transportation.

Precautions

● Adhere to Rated Capacities
Always ensure that the load does not exceed the product’s rated specifications. The lashing capacity (LC) is 2500 kg, with a minimum breaking force of 5000 kg. Overloading beyond these limits can compromise the integrity of the strap and ratchet, leading to potential load shifting or equipment failure. Select the appropriate number of straps based on the total weight of the cargo.

● Ensure Proper Webbing Condition
Before and after each use, inspect the polyester webbing for signs of wear, cuts, abrasion, or chemical damage. Pay special attention to the black ID stripes and the sleeves. Since the webbing is critical to the system’s performance, any significant damage or reduction in width necessitates the immediate replacement of the strap to maintain safety standards.

● Operate Ratchet Mechanism Safely
When releasing the tension, use the progressive release ratchet function carefully. This mechanism allows the strap to be released notch by notch, preventing the load from falling suddenly or the hook from unhooking. Always ensure the double lock mechanism is fully engaged during transport and that the swan hooks are securely attached to the anchor points.

The ropes are made from high-tenacity polyester webbing with five black ID stripes indicating their strength class. They exhibit low elongation, stretching less than 7% at the lashing capacity of 2500 daN, which provides reliable tension and prevents the load from shifting during transit.

Equipped with swan hooks, these lashing ropes offer superior security and stability compared to traditional claw hooks. The design also includes a standard 300mm 3-ply tail strap, ensuring a secure and tight fit around the cargo, while the double-lock ratchet mechanism keeps the load firmly in place.

The product features a progressive release ratchet that allows for controlled release of tension, enhancing safety for operators working alone.
